Simply charge the printer via the included USB-C cable until fully charged — this takes around 90 minutes. Turn it on using the power button, use the touchscreen to enter your text, logo, or design, then press the trigger and glide the printer across your surface. No computer or app required.

The 2,200mAh battery provides up to 6 hours of continuous use on a full charge. It charges fully in 90 minutes via the included USB-C adapter, compatible with 110–240V sockets worldwide.
The printer comes with a metal positioning plate that helps you align the print head consistently. Place the plate against the edge of your surface, press the trigger, and glide at an even pace. A steady, smooth motion at a consistent speed gives the cleanest results.
The PrintyPocket Pro works on cardboard, kraft paper, fabric, canvas, leather, faux leather, plastic, wood, glass, ceramic, and metal. For best results, print on smooth, non-shiny surfaces. Highly glossy or heavily textured surfaces may produce lighter results.
For dark surfaces, white or yellow ink cartridges give the best visibility. Black ink is ideal for kraft paper, white boxes, and light-coloured fabrics. The colour ink range — green, blue, red, yellow, and white — gives you full flexibility depending on your packaging colour.
The printer supports 24 languages including English, French, Spanish, Arabic, Chinese, and Japanese. You can switch languages directly from the touchscreen settings menu.
Twist the cartridge compartment at the base of the printer to unlock it, remove the empty cartridge, and insert the new one until it clicks into place. The printer will recognise the new cartridge automatically. No tools required — the process takes under a minute.
If print quality drops, run the built-in head cleaning function from the settings menu. For stubborn blockages, gently wipe the print head nozzle with a dry lint-free cloth. Avoid using water or chemical solvents directly on the nozzle.
If storing for more than a week, keep the cartridge installed to prevent the nozzle from drying out. Store the printer upright in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Run a test print when you return to confirm print quality before branding your packaging.
