The printer supports 24 languages including English, French, Spanish, Arabic, Chinese, and Japanese. You can switch languages directly from the touchscreen settings menu.

Twist the cartridge compartment at the base of the printer to unlock it, remove the empty cartridge, and insert the new one until it clicks into place. The printer will recognise the new cartridge automatically. No tools required — the process takes under a minute.

If print quality drops, run the built-in head cleaning function from the settings menu. For stubborn blockages, gently wipe the print head nozzle with a dry lint-free cloth. Avoid using water or chemical solvents directly on the nozzle.

If storing for more than a week, keep the cartridge installed to prevent the nozzle from drying out. Store the printer upright in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Run a test print when you return to confirm print quality before branding your packaging.
